1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BizXEngine ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account or using our API, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2 Description of Service

BizXEngine provides a subscription-based API platform that enables software developers to integrate persistent data storage, retrieval, and management capabilities into their applications. Our services include:

• REST API access for data persistence and retrieval
• Developer dashboard and usage analytics
• Subscription management tools
• Technical documentation and support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3 Accounts & Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

You may not share your API keys or account access with third parties outside of your authorized team. Each account is for use by a single business entity.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit or store any unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute API access without our explicit written consent
• Store sensitive personal data such as financial information or government IDs without appropriate safeguards

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

6 Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, APIs, documentation, designs, and underlying technology, is owned by BizXEngine and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service.

You retain full ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7 Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data you store through the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from your own end users.

8 Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability, with advance notice where reasonably possible.

We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from service interruptions, outages, or unavailability.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BizXEngine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to BizXEngine in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10 Termination

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued service poses a legal or security risk.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
