At BizXEngine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. We stand behind the quality of our platform with a straightforward, unconditional refund guarantee on every charge.

30-day guarantee: You are eligible for a full refund on any charge within 30 days — no questions asked, no exceptions.
Automated platform: BizXEngine is a fully automated software API. No human-driven or manual services are involved. Access is provisioned instantly upon payment.

Our Policy

BizXEngine offers a 30-day unconditional refund on all subscription charges — including initial payments, monthly renewals, and annual billing cycles. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply request a refund within 30 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refund execution on our behalf.

New Subscriptions

If you subscribe to any BizXEngine paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. This applies to all plans — Pro, Max, and Enterprise.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Renewal Charges

The same 30-day unconditional refund applies to all renewal charges — monthly and annual. If you are charged for a renewal and request a refund within 30 days of that charge, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

To avoid future renewal charges, cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

How to Request a Refund

Email our support team

Send a refund request to support@bizxengine.com with the subject line "Refund Request". No reason is required.

Include your details

Provide your registered email address, the approximate date of the charge, and a brief reason for the request.

Refund is processed

We will confirm and process your refund within 1–2 business days. Paddle will return the funds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future charges — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

If you cancel within 30 days of a charge, you are entitled to a full refund — simply email us as described above.
